Scotch egg fatties

Here's my first try at fatties. Next time I'll make the sausage thicker, but oh man, is this good!

I believe you need to post the details of how you made them. They look GREAT!

I used about a pound of sage sausage from a local farm. Hardboiled 3 eggs and rolled them up inside the sausage. Sprinkled all over with Dizzy Dust, cooked at 250 for 2 hours then let them rest for an hour in foil. It's REALLY good!

I did those for an anything but turn in at a contest last year, but I used quail eggs....turned out pretty good...
