Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Fall is upon us, and it's a great time for getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

<p />Several folks contacted me about this technique when I posted my beauty contest entry. For those of you who can appreciate a fine steak leaning toward rare this is a must try. The wife was out with the girls last evening and the kid was home alone with time on his hands. This was a dangerous combination and an opportunity for me to visit Pittsburgh hehehe[p]I've tried to document the cook with the link below. I'm not an expert, but I've done these enough times on both of my Eggs to feel comfortable. Have a look if you are interested.
