We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. I have a beautiful pork butt! The egg and all the advice worked perfectly, going to go like this: pulled pork with dipping sauce(no buns, sandwiches tomorrow, maybe!)German potato salad, corn pudding with green chilies and a rasberry sorbet to finish it off, I have refrained from even picking any crust off the butt, well maybe one bite, this is gonna be sweet!
