This Weekend's Steak

StuffedJalapenos.jpg[p]SteakandBeer.jpg[p]Marinated steaks with a little oil and Dizzy Pig's Cow Lick rub for a few hours. Jalapenos were stuffed with last weeks brisket remnants, cheese and topped with bacon. All was great on the BGE this weekend.

    TRex,[p]Thanks. Those jalapenos were much better filled with brisket than with breakfast sausage or hamburger (great with that filling as well). I an hoping to try my first butts next weekend. I am feeling pretty comfortable with the BGE after slow cooking some brisket and other items. Just got to get used to temperature control.

    I spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!!
