I am Egging a 4lb. sirloin tip with ONLY Dizzy Pip Cow Lick Steak Rub.
I received my first order last week(promptly) from DP. I opened the bottle this morning and an aromatic tantalizing scent filled the kitchen. I applied the rub on both sides a few hours before placing it on the grill. I seared it both sides for 3 minutes at 600°, then damped it down to 300°. How long should I go for four pounds? I do have a probe in it to monitor.[p]Pics to come later!
