<p />Guys,[p]Here is a photo of the egg, with a 9" Pyrex plate under the grill. I built a rack from steel bars to hold the plate. What do you think? Will the Corning/Pyrex plate take the heat? It holds 16oz, I think this is enough for the big turkey cook.
