foil sweet taters?

Mrs. wants sweet taters, do i foil them or just toss them on? Indirect of course.

slyrye,[p]You can foil them toward the end of the cook if you want .... I just oil them and let them do their thing. I will make a foil tray to set them on because they will ooze some sugars and can stick to the grate.[p]~thirdeye~[p]PS: as a twist I really like mixing the cooked potato with winter squash or smashed carrots.

slyrye,[p] Either way.. If you foil them, then foil them wet. If you don't foil them then give them a light coat of oil. This keeps the skin soft and easy to remove.[p] In the foil they won't drip the sweetness all over your egg.[p]
