Made pizza dough today and while waiting for the dough to rise the fixings for the pie were looking at me.Then I thought why not a three cheese ABT?Used cream cheese,mozzerlla and aged provolone,wrapped with bacon and a good dose of Dizzy Dust.Cooked a little higher than you guys suggest 400 on a raised grid and flipped half way,The cooking time was 40 min.I like crispy bacon and this turned out great.
