What a great fest. Thanks, Mayor, Tim M., Big Green Chicken, and all who made such the fest great. I only just got back, but I still remember the Nan, the clams casino, the ribs, the quiche (JJ - post the recipe), the sausages, the jerk chicken (excellent), the pulled pork, - then it all gets kinda clouded. [p]Oh yeah, great music and weather.[p]I posted the tandoori chicken recipe, but I didn't see it on line. What gives?[p]
