We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Well, E2K+1 is now in the books, and had such a blast. It was awesome seeing the ones returning from last year and meeting the new ones. Eggfest is truely a great idea...all the smells...all the wonderful tastes...the great company. Hat goes off to Dale and seasonal distributers for hosting yet another great weekend...one to always remmember!
I purchased the MINI (finally!!) and have chopped beef defrosting for some awesome burgers this evening. Thanx again everyone....you all have made Smokin' "BOOM BOOM" Todd(thanx Spin for that one) extremely happy! Central Jersey will be smokin and rockin from now owwwwwwwn!!
