We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Ended up using the honey, maple syrup, brown mustart and basalmic vinegar, basting the spiral cut ham as it sat in the pan. Followed the instructions by cooking it at 325 dome, for 10 minutes per pound, covering in foil halfway through the cook. Delicious! Used guava and oak for smoke with BGE lump.
