After a few weeks of research and watching the Egg forum, I went and found a BBQ dealer and bought my very own Large Egg. With a watchful eye and yearning to learn from all of you I say Thank you from out here in Los Angeles. I hope to encourage and provoke interest in the BGE and hopefully create and produce meals that will open the eyes of propane users across the west coast... But I'll start with my friends and neighbors...

    Robster,[p]I hear ya, there are some people you just can't help though. Iv'e tried and tried to get my folks to cook over wood and lump for the last year. Nope, too much fuss they say. I like the fuss. It is a event too me every time I spark up the ol'lump . [p]Dec
