DP Rack of Lamb

Pretty much followed the dizzy pig recipe for rack of lamb, with a goat cheese sauce on the top.[p]lamb1.jpg[p]and sweet asparagus from the recipe section[p]lamb2.jpg[p]One of the best meals off the egg yet!

    Me too! it's was a bit pricey and there really was only enough for 2. If we had guests, it would have been outrageous.
