Tomorrow is the beginning of the Kentucky Derby Festival in Louisville. The first event is a humongous air show and fireworks extravaganza that will draw 700,000 people to downtown Louisville. Folks will start arriving at dawn.[p]We won't be going, but we will be cooking out. :-) We will do three racks of Cat's Baby Backs tomorrow. We will probably eat just one and freeze the rest.[p]Fritz
