i ALWAYS eat the end piece!! . . .a little crusty with lots of herbs and flavor on the outside, yet still nice and pink on the inside . . ain't NOTHIN better than that!!! . . ..[p]btw. ..with your leftovers, try cubing it up, and cooking it up with hashbrown potatoes and onions.. . .makes a great main course the next night!!

You gotta be kidding.Like crispy skin on chicken or turkey,the butter fat on steak.My doctor wont want to hear this but all you guys know where the flavor comes from.So I say dig in and enjoy,but dont make it a dailey habit.
