Hello, I found a place to get dry-aged steaks so I have 2 T-bones here , 1.5" thick cut for me today and I plan to T-rex them in an hour or so. Can anybody recommend a DP rub to season them with or is the salt & pepper the best way to go.
Also, how about scallops ... seasoning / cooking suggestions ..hope I get some ideas. thanx
