Any good recipes or tips on cooking swordfish on the BGE?

    2 tablespoons ginger thai peanut sauce (TheGingerPeople brand)[p]Lemmon juice from half a lemmon, Soy or tamuri sauce,
    dash of balsamic vinegar...[p]Salt , crushed pepper,..,maybe some dill and lemmon pepper[p]marinate for about an hour or two..[p] I have used something like this and it was nice..
    I kept the temps low 180-220 and gave these thick , center cut,,sushi grade steaks about 45 minutes,,,, Delicious...
    so buttery I could hardly keep from inhaleing them straight down
