Egg-fries/wok-topper

Picked up a wok-topper this weekend and love it already. I took some potatos and cut them into fries on a mandolin, coated them in italian dressing and added some garlic and herb spice mix. 400 deg on the egg stirring occasionally and had some great taters in about 20 minutes. I also stir-fried some red peppers, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions and chicken, also coated in italian dressing and some jj's rub. This made some great fajitas topped with some roasted poblanos (i just love roasting peppers on the egg). Have a great night all!!![p]Chuck
