Just put on a 6.5 lb flat I didn't cook for Super Sunday. Rubbed with Cowlick and Red Eye Express with about 2 cups of Jack Daniels chips for smoke. Guru's set to 235. Going to the store later for some Gates BBQ sauce. Time for some coffee...
