Just put on a 6.5 lb flat I didn't cook for Super Sunday. Rubbed with Cowlick and Red Eye Express with about 2 cups of Jack Daniels chips for smoke. Guru's set to 235. Going to the store later for some Gates BBQ sauce. Time for some coffee...

Bajatom,[p]That's a great looking packer! Yep, Gates is my favorite on brisket. I like Sweet Baby Ray's for ribs and Bone Suckin' sauce mixed with a traditional vinegar sauce for pulled pork.[p]When is your grand opening?
