Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! It's time to think about getting out to one of the many #EGGfests around the country - see a list here

Texas, Are you Texas Tom? Don't really need to know. 2 ways. Visit gfw's or tim's website for slow. My personal is direct at 650 degrees. Roll the tenderloin in extra virgin olive oil and put your spices on. Spray on more olive oil and let sit at room temp for 1 hour then cook. Sear all sides and then turn the tenderloin at your taste for done to medium rare. I don't want to throw a wrench in to things but Char Crust works great.
