Cooking time--Mr. Toads Pork Loin

Doing aprox. 4.5 lb. stuffed pork loin as per Mr. Toad"s recipe at 300 degrees dome temp until l40 or l45 internal temp. Wondering how long this will take??

    Babyray, I will guess with ya and say about 1 hour and 20 minutes, but let your thermometer tell you when. 2 hours at the most. If you want a more crusty exterior..go at 350F. Mr. Toads Loin and recipe is one of the classics.
