Great day to do a little egging in upstate SC. Kids got a snowday and wife and I both decided to take a day off with the kids. Just did a whole chicken on the egg and decided to finally try a Fattie. Tennessee Pride mild sausage rolled in Ragin' River. Egg is cruising along at 270 dome. At what internal temp should I pull the fattie?[p]Thanks,[p]Jimbo
