I have a little peach moonshine that a friend gave me. I'm looking to add it to an existing BBQ sauce for some ribs I'm cooking tomorrow. Anyone have a good BBQ sauce recipe that would take the moonshine well? [p]Thanks-Hooter

Hooter, Smokey gave me this one. You might try swapping the shine for the bourbon:[p]Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups bottled barbecue sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Procedure
1 Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2 Brush evenly onto beef, pork, lamb, or poultry during grilling.
