Peach moonshine-BBQ sauce?

I have a couple of cups left of some peach moonshine that a friend of mine gave me. Her father in TN made it earlier this year.

I'm cooking some ribs this week, and want to make a BBQ sauce that I can add some of the moonshine to. Anyone have any recipe's that will take the 'shine well?
