    tember,
Marinate the tenderloins in some good jerk sauce for a couple of hours in the fridge, then rub on some of your favorite Char-Crust. 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes with one flip. GREAT!

bdavidson, Jerk is always a good idea! I often add OJ when doing tenderloins. Another favorite marinade of ours is bourbon & brown sugar. JCA

    Julie,
Glad you saw the post. Will you be at EggFest this month? We're out of jerk sauce! If you're coming to D.C., will you bring a couple of jars down with you?

    tember,
Whatever marinade you use, cook them at 325 - 350 dome and pull off when the internal temp hits 145F. Anything above that will tend to dry it out. Turn halfway through. Total cooking time will be 35 to 45 minutes, then let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
