De-boning Turkey Breast

Curious if anyone has deboned Turkey breasts before cooking? Seems like I saw some pics someone posted of doin this in the last few weeks but dont remember who or where. Ive cooked Turkey breasts pretty frequently and would like to tryeither totallly or partially deboning one so that it still mostly resembles its original shape yet is easier to slice in the end. Thanks

Richard,
Thanks thats a great resource for carving Turkey. The one I am thinking about was one someone either posted or had on their website where they either totally or partially deboned the breast so that both halves were still connected just no or little bone remaining so that after smoking it was much simpler to slice up...not that is very hard to slice it bone in but just lookin for some new ideas.

Found the one I was thinking about...its Thirdeyes site. About to go try it for myself now.
