Raging River on Salmon

Did a quick test run on the DP recipe using Raging River Rub and finishing it up with the butter and maple syrup sauce. I thought it was worth a WOW, the wife thought is was better than that.[p][p]Enjoy, AZ

BENTE,[p]Here's one commercial website that provides some info on Copper River salmon. I believe I recall AlaskanC observing that CR salmon are no better (and probably no worse) than any other salmon from Alaska, just marketed better.
