    I cooked the 28 degree version yesterday. Just had left overs for lunch, Your presentation looks a lot better

    Turkey breast in western mass: part injected with soy-applejuice mix, part not. Couldn't tell the diff. Few cherrywood chips gave just the right smoke with cranberry horseradish relish for sammy's today. Very, very nice. Done at 350 indirect, would have liked crisper skin but too late for work to wait.
