8# pork shoulder

<p />Well, here it is....an 8# pork shoulder that I cooked overnight Saturday. I smoked it w/pecan and the green stalks of scallions. Only took about 9 hours. I pulled it after it rested in a cooler (wrapped in foil and towels) for an hour. It is saturated w/a N.C. style sauce...um um good
