    Thanks, trick to scallops is not to over cook. Can be said for all sea food. Over cooking seem to make thing rubbery and tough. Depleating the natural moisture and taste.

    How'd you cook the scallops? seared in a pan? on a fish grill on the Egg?
    Looks like something I'd like to try and my family might eat.....
