<p />Howdy Ya'll[p]I'm glad 2006 is behind me now and I hope 2007 brings less travel and more time egging. I'm starting the new year off right with the traditional pork dish. Here I have 4 Boston Butts from Sam's Club rubbed in and ready to marinate overnight. It's about 33 lbs.[p]4ButtsOnEgg.jpg
Here they are on the BGE yesterday around 6 PM.[p]4ButtsAt18hours.jpg
Here they are after 18 hours. Temp is at 175 degrees. 6 more hours to go based on previous experience (100+ butts).[p]HausAle3.jpg[p]Here's a shot of my Haus Pale Ale. Brewed on 9/27/06, Kegged on 10/04/06, Tapped on 12/23/06, Keg blew on 12/31/06. Hmmm Good Stuff! I can't believe it lasted only 8 days.[p]I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year! 2 more days, then it's off to Minnesota for some ice fishing and pulled pork. After that it's time to start working on the Texas Eggfest again.[p]Cheers,[p]GrillMeister
