    Great! That look eggsactly like I like my steaks, my wife would think, it undercooked, and I believe many here would think it is over cooked. :)

    you're lucky, ;). I have resorted to pulling mine early but if it is a big piece of meat then I cut it in half and pull mine when I want it. Works fine that way. ;)
