<p />here are the rest of them big-arsp scallops. A couple of these are palm size...I cooked them in the cast iron pan with EVOO, butter and a lite dusting of DP's Tsunami Spin. With them letting loose with the water, I dropped 'em on the grid to finish. Sliced mushrooms are in the foil and three TRex style ribeyes are up top finishing...[p]It is good to be back cooking again. My table renovation is just about done. All I need to do is attach the folding side leaves, finally...[p]Happy Holidays, Tom
