BGE lamb recipe?
Found this on the recipe link while looking for boneless leg recipe. Instead I'm going to try the Mike Poole recipe for leg. I'm doing a boneless butterflyed one, should I tie it or cook it open?[p]Thanks![p]Greg

guava greg,
I roll and tie after slathering the boned meat with garlic paste, salt flake and cracked pepper. I also insert a few pieces of fresh rosemary before rolling.

Hi greg,[p]You can do it either way. Left open the lamb grills and cooks faster than a rolled & tied roast.[p]Two suggestions for rolled & tied roast:[p]Search for MollyShark's recipe from 2006 Eggtoberfest. Absolutely delish.[p]Or you could try the one I posted last year. Same procedure for a boned shoulder or leg.[p]Either way, enjoy![p]DD[p][p]
