Just did JJ's Cornish Hen recipe from the recipe files. Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you. If you haven't tried it, you owe it to your self to do so. Followed directions to the T and didnt even use a thermometer. Just bent thigh and it pulled apart and went on the platter. Excellent meal,wondered why I hadn't tried it before. Thanks JJ Painter

Huck, they are and they do...love the little buggers..and I was trying to draw JJ out so I could pick on his bones a bit more..Don't tell JJ, but I think he is a pretty good cook. heeeeyaaa.
