Anyone have a recipe for riblets. Saw one a few weeks ago at 275 deg on a raised grid. By the photo it looks like they were done direct. Anyone try them indirect and should you foil them like regular ribs? Thanks.

  • SouthTex,
I would do them like ribs. Go direct temp 250-275 turn each 20-30 min. won't take as long a spares, sauce last 20 min.

onelegchef,[p]I did some baby backs and some riblets together.
Simple. 240-260 dome for about 5 hours. Indirect.
In a rack for the first three hours. Then on the
grill turning every 30 mins or so until done.[p]Here they are on the grill. The riblets are at the bottom of the picture.
