I've a couple boneless butts from Costco (16 pounds total - haven't opened the wrap to check individual sizes)to cook tomorrow. I don't recall whether boneless take less time or more time than bone-in butts (all other things being equal.) Can someone help me here?

Haggis, We cook ours the same - boneless or bone in - approx. 2 hrs per pound or 195 internal. Go for the internal temp of your choice 190-205 and you'll be fine. 16 lbs. of pork is a beautiful thing. Enjoy and be sure to post some pics. Steve.
