Just got invited to a party at 7. Its now 1. I have a couple of LB of brisket. Can I do it in 4 to 5 hours. Any ideas? Gots plenty of JJ rub[p]MAC

    I think I would hold onto it until you have a bit more time. Especially if it is for a party...where you would want it to be righteous.[p]Of all cuts of meat, briskets do not like to be rushed. Sorry, but that is my feeling on it!
