They were great but the amount of sugar in the sauce burns really easily. Next time I will do them indierct, really tasty. -RP

AZRP,[p]They aren't on very long after the sauce and I probably didn't have as much charcoal in so it wasn't as close to the flame. This would be a great one for Gratemates on the small or a raised grid on the large.[p]mShark

I did them direct on a raised grid, but I had the temp a little high, 400. Put the sauce on for the last 5 minutes. -RP
