Spar rib trimmings

Thanks to all for info and advice on what to do with rib trimmings. I did half with the ribs and took them off early, they were tasty little morsels (I had cut the skirt into smaller pieces and dusted with DP powder and tsunami), unfortunately I over did it and wasn't hungry when the ribs came off. The wife took the other half of trimmings to flavor some of her creations. Thanks again to all.
