Smokey: What kind of spices did you use. If you were marinating, could you use the packets that are provided with some liquid? What do you think? Thanks for your help.

    jr,[p]I did use the spices includes and added whatever was in the pantry. One spice that I would recommend is sage, but is can ba a strrong spice, so use it sparingly. I also add tabasco, garli powder, a little lemon rind, oregino and anything elser that strikes me right![p]Smokey
