Hello Everyone!![p] I have the family coming over Sunday, and need some tips on how to cook the perfect Ribeye.

I agree on the T-rex approach. The only other tip I'd offer is to get thick steaks, at least 2 inches. I prefer to cook giant steaks and serve them sliced (shared) as opposed to skinny ones served whole.[p]Paul
