smoking turkey

I am wan to smoke an 18lb turkey, yet i have read that 18lb is too big, has anyone tried this with an egg? i have a hard time believing it can't be done.

if you have a large or an XL, 18 pounds will fit with no problem .. ..you can probably even squeeze it into a medium. . .

I cooked these 2-9lb each turkey breast on the large egg at one time.I think you will have more than enough room.

weight, girth. ..no difference, it will fit in your large with no problem. . ..don't listen to anyone else but your local eggheads. ..we'll stear you straight :-)
