<p />After wolfing down ribs, butts, brisket, beauxburgers, and others for the last few weeks, I decided it was time for a light meal.[p]Tuna steaks with spinich and a salad.
Sear the tuna for about 6 minutes total at 500 direct.

    That looks great, Ron! I do my tuna steaks very simply by slathering with olive oil at room temp. for one hour and searing per your method, then sprinkling with salt and pepper.....Fabulous!!

    Ain't the egg great for the simple things! All you have to do is time your stuff to be ready for when your ready.
