Hi Eggheads,
I am going through Egg withdrawls. Let me explain! Sunday I cooked burgers on my BGE then I got the temp t0 350 and cooked three pork tenderloins. So Sunday night I had pork tenderloin, Monday night I had pork tenderloin, and Tuesday I made Barbeque Sandwiches from the pork tenderloin that was left. I got home tonight late from work and I went to Chic fil A a fast food place, ugh. Any way Thursday... my wife is leaving me some lasagna because it is ladies night out and I got baby duty. Friday looks promising to do home made pizza on the Egg. Saturday looks good for doing a whole Chicken on the ole vertical roaster. Sunday??? Open for suggestions!
