Peppercorn Steak Recipe?

Does anyone have a good recipe/method for making a peppercorn steak? Lone Star Steakhouse used to have one that my kids loved, but they took it off the menu and I haven't been there more than once or twice since I got my egg. I don't think the cut of meat was particularly expensive, but it was tasty, and on the egg, it would be fantastic. The flavor was obviously peppery, but not overbearing, and not blackened. It must have been a good marinade.
