    Rick G,
I have done fabulous Tequila marinated chicken breasts before. I got the recipe from Foodnetwork.com and it was a Barefoot Contessa recipe.[p]HTH

    Rick G,
Here is a link to an epicurious.com recipe called:
GRILLED TRI-TIP ROAST WITH TEQUILA MARINADE AND CHERRY TOMATO RELISH
I did not make the Cherry Tomato Relish, but we loved the tri-tip. I marinated for four hours under vacuum....tom[p]

Rick G, there are fajita recipes that call for tequila. I tried one and found it to be at best, terrible. But then, who is to say I did it right, after all liquor was involved and I never measure that stuff when pouring......LOL [p]Give it a shot.....that would be a try......oh hell, a shot glass too! T

    Rick G,
I have thinned some key lime honey with tequila in order to "paint" it on the meat at the end for a sear. Was great! Also thinned some KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce for the same reason.

    Rick G,
I do it all the time, when cooking certain meals. I will also soak mesquite chips in the tequila too! [p]As a side note, I don't do straight tequila, I make a marinade type deal with lots of fun stuff in it...
