Which one do you use for turkey?

I've got to stock up before Thanksgiving gets here. Plus I just noticed the two new varieties that I've got to try.

I'm a real big fan of the Jamaican Firewalk. It's good on everything that I've tried from turkeys to chicken to eggs. I've only done 1 turkey that way though so my suggestion is to buy a large variety and do some cornish game hens then select what you think has the best taste. The last time I did a chicken I took a stick of butter and let it get to room temperature then mixed a fairly sizeable amount of Firewalk to make a paste. I then put the fire hardened paste between the skin and meat. It was excellent.
