It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. I am cooking a turkey breast on the egg. What should the internal temperature of the breast be.
Thanks ahead of time.

    Orio Kid,
    165 is perfect.

Orio Kid, I'd go for 170, but if you pull at 165, tent it in foil on a platter for 20 minutes to let it rise internal. If you find redness around the bone, this is normal. Depends on the smoke applied. Whole breast or breast portions?? I assume whole bird breast minus legs and wings.

  • Orio Kid,
It came out perfect. Thanks Guys!!
