Salmon on the Egg
I would like to fix a salmon steak on the egg for tonight. Does anyone have any suggetions for prep and cooking times? Also what temp. is best? Thanks - Ray
Gretl's recipe is worth doing. Even though the recipe is for filets, her time/temps should work fine with your steaks. Good stuff.

Oh Ray, forgot to mention that if you use her temp of 350, make sure the drip pan is full of water. Else use lower temps. Her times are for 3-4 pound filets.
